Just how important is communication?I would argue communications is the life blood of all organizations.  And, that when you get down to the it, the root causes are created by communication issues.I'm constantly hearing from franchise professionals that the can't get the franchisees to listen, they're not all the same page, and that they could be so much more effective if they all focused and worked together.From my point of view, improving communication should be everyone's first priority. Yet, I hear nothing about it.  Why is it, that if communication is so important, people are not tackling communications and workomg on having a truly powerful communication system within their organization and franchise network?Do you have this communication issue? Am I my missing the boat? Is communications not the issue?
